1. What is Freekal?
Freekal is a sweetener which is made of sucralose. It is a no calorie sweetener that is meant to be used as a sugar replacement for people interested in fitness, diabetic people or just anybody who want to have a more healthy diet. Freekal helps you avoid up to 500 calories every day.

2. How can Freekal Sweetener (sucralose) help with weight management?
"Freekal sweetener is a sugar replacement. It adds the sweetness you desire to your food and beverages without the unnecessary calories. For every 2 teaspoons of sugar that you replace with Freekal No Calorie Sweetener, you avoid more than 25 calories. You can avoid approximately 150 calories, by replacing one 12-fl. ounce can of soda sweetened with sugar or high-fructose corn syrup with a beverage sweetened with Freekal Sweetener. Freekal sweetener is a great way to reduce the calories and carbohydrates from added sugars consumed daily—without sacrificing taste."

3. What happens to Freekal (sucralose) after it is ingested?
After it is ingested, most of the sucralose (about 85%) is not absorbed and passes through the body unchanged in the stool. Of the small amount that is absorbed, most of it leaves the body unchanged in the urine within 24 hours.

4. Is Sucralose Natural?
No, Sucralose is not natural.

5. Can children use Freekal Sweetener?
Yes. Freekal Sweetener can be used by everyone, including children.

6. How do I know Freekal sweetener (Sucralose) is safe?
The safety of Sucralose is well documented in more than 100 scientific studies conducted over a 20-year period. In addition, sucralose and specifically, the safety data of sucralose, has been reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other National Regulatory Agencies, as well as by International Health authority such as the World Health Organization, and found to be safe for use by all consumers, including children, pregnant women and people with diabetes.

7. Is there a daily limit to how much Freekal I can use?
There are no health risks expected with the use of Freekal. You can consume a variety of products containing Freekal (Sucralose) to reduce your calories and carbohydrate intake from sugar, every day, without the concern of exceeding some kind of a safety limit.

8. Does Freekal have any known interference with medication?
"NO.
There are no known interactions between medications and Freekal sweetener. Except for providing sweetness, Freekal sweetener is essentially an inert (Inactive) ingredient. It can be enjoyed by everyone, including those on one or more medications."

9. Does sucralose affect any organs?
"NO.
Sucralose does not affect any organs in the body. Research shows that most of the sucralose, that is consumed, is largely unabsorbed and simply passes out of the body in the stool. The small amount that is absorbed also passes harmlessly out of the body through the urine. Sucralose has no known side effects."

10. Do products sweetened with Freekal (Sucralose) carry any warning label or information status?

The regulatory agencies and scientific review bodies that have approved the use of Freekal sweetener have not required any warning or special information statement to be place on the labels of products sweetened with Freekal."
